Terms

• You can use credit and debit cards to pay.
• The payment is made in the equivalent amount in Croatian kuna (HRK).
• The payment is processed immediately and the user receives an email confirmation of successful payment after which the Premium account is activated.
• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases defined by the seller.
• By paying you do not buy a physical product or are guaranteed to win a physical product.
• All prices are stated with VAT included.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change these conditions and prices at any time.
• UVI Play uses WSPay to make online payments.
• WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the buyer and merchant with secure entry and transfer of the card details entered, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay holds. WSPay uses 256 bit encryption SSL certification and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of data entry and transfer protection.

Protection of personal and card information

UVI Play is committed to protecting the personal information of customers by collecting only necessary, basic customer / user information that is necessary to fulfill our obligations and informing customers about how to use the information collected. All customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it. All UVI Play staff and business partners are responsible for upholding our privacy principles. UVI Play does not receive any information about your card at any time, this is handled by WSPay.
